Emma brings a unique blend of veterinary expertise and hands-on ranching experience to our team. As a skilled veterinary technician, she is dedicated to the health and well-being of all animals under her care. What sets Emma apart is her extensive background working as a ranch hand, where she gained valuable experience in livestock handling, pasture management, and daily ranch operations.

Emma also has firsthand experience raising Wagyu beef, giving her a deep understanding of specialized cattle care, breeding practices, and nutrition tailored to premium beef production. Her knowledge and passion for both animal health and ranch life make her an invaluable asset to our team and the clients we serve.

Whether she's assisting in the clinic or out in the field, Emma brings a calm, capable presence and a deep-rooted commitment to animal care.

Megan:

Megan has extensive knowledge in veterinary medicine and a strong dedication to patient care, she brings valuable skills and a passion for animal health to our practice. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence make her an integral part of our clinic, and we are proud to have her on board.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time outdoors with her spouse. Together, they share a love for hunting and the outdoors, often accompanied by their dogs—whom she personally trains and raises to support them in their adventures. Her deep connection with animals and her active lifestyle reflect her dedication both inside and outside the clinic.

Darcy:

We’re so lucky to have Darcy on our Crescent Veterinary Hospital team! Originally from the Dakotas, Darcy was a Registered Veterinary Technician who brings years of hands-on experience and passion to our clinic—especially when it comes to horses, her all-time favorite species to work with.

Darcy’s equine background is extensive. From assisting in foalings and performing dental floats to handling emergency colics, wound management, and preventative care, her knowledge of horse health is remarkable. Her calm demeanor and skilled technique make her a trusted ally for both clients and their animals—whether she’s out on a farm call or assisting in the treatment area.

Darcy has undergone rigorous education and training, including college-level coursework in anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, anesthesia, and diagnostic imaging—followed by state and national board examinations to earn credentials when she was in South Dakota. This advanced level of training ensures our patients receive top-tier, compassionate, and knowledgeable care at every visit.

Darcy’s dedication to the health and well-being of all animals, big and small, makes her an invaluable part of the Crescent Veterinary Hospital family.

Angelica:

Angelica is our Assistant Practice Manager and a vital part of the Crescent Veterinary Hospital team. With over 8 years of experience in veterinary medicine — including extensive time working in emergency medicine and the ICU — she brings a wealth of knowledge and composure to every situation. Her background in emergency medicine has strengthened her ability to stay calm under pressure, think critically, and make quick, effective decisions — skills that translate seamlessly into her leadership role within the clinic.

Angelica helps oversee the day-to-day operations, managing schedules, supervising support staff, coordinating patient flow, and ensuring that every aspect of our practice runs smoothly. She’s passionate about supporting the team behind the scenes so our doctors and technicians can focus on what matters most — delivering compassionate, high-quality care to every patient that walks through our doors.
